Master Thesis Proposal:



My study background is Hospitality and Tourism Management .I was always Interested about the tourism field and due to my recent HCI study , I decided to work with a topic that will be somehow connected with tourism and HCI. Over the past sixty years, the tourism sector has grown to become a pillar of the global economy, driven by political cooperation, social change and far – reaching advances in technology; both in communications and infrastructure.Technology and tourism have had an ever-changing relationship over the past decade.After studying some papers and researches I have seen that using Technology and Tourism it is possible to boost development in disadvantaged communities.


So one of my topic for master thesis will be :
"Using Technology and Tourism to boost development in disadvantaged communities"

Another topic can be :
"How technology can transform a tourist spot into a successful one ."

Another topic that I found most interesting is :
" Use of modern technology can drive tourism growth. "


Goals & Objectives:

>> Finding out use of technology is beneficial or not
>> Saving money and time by the help of technology
>> Making good business in tourism through using new technologies
>> Meeting customer needs and expectations


Questions:


* The tourists using these new technologies are more effective than the tourists using the manual process of tourism or not ?
* How modern technology can save our money and time on the field of tourism?
* Whether these new technologies can make money out of tourism or not ?
* How modern technology can fulfill the expectation and demands of recent tourism?
